Sometimes we are shifted off-course and we need assistance to find our way. For the past 29 years I have made it my mission to "stay the course" with many on their healing journey. Fear is a stumbling block that separates you from being whole. I provide a safe, nurturing and non-judgmental environment to facilitate building an integrative practice geared to your own specific needs. My passion is to help you learn to liberate yourself from stuck feelings and patterns of avoidance which block you from your authentic self and creating happiness, joy and balance in your life.

I specialize in substance abuse, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, life transitions and grief issues. My holistic approach focuses on mind, body and spirit. Relaxation, breath work, and mindfulness help to reduce stress, improve focus and create balance. Cognitive behavioral therapy and stress management are vital components for healing.

I believe we all deserve to live an abundant life free from the shackles that bind us. The path to a healthy and fulfilling life is a personal journey toward wholeness. I help you to devise and implement a practical skill set that will empower, heal and transform your life.
